The Business Development Manager Position at Access Energy will be involved in developing business prospects.

Requirements:
- 40 hours/per week scheduling - Produce business prospects and evaluate viability
- Perform due-diligence and production estimates
- Develop Renewable Energy Technology (RET) screen models
- Be able to calculate Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment, and Net Present Value
- Perform sensitivity analysis, review capacity factors, and various agreements, including: power purchase, implementation, and land lease
- Develop work breakdown structures and critical paths
- Request business proposals & bids, required license applications, contractual, and guarantee arrangements
- Structure recourse and non-recourse financials with advance modeling techniques
- Gather inputs and define specifications for financial models to establish value, pricing, and turn-key project pricing
- Structure private offerings

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Management.
